Poker Terms 5

It can be tough to decipher the articles aimed at helping you win in casinos for USA players, so I will keep going through the poker dictionary for you. Every now and then I come across a term that even I didn’t know!
Let’s take a look at “Mexican Bankroll”, a bunch of $1 bills sandwiched between two $100 bills. Knowing this will not help you beat the games on your Bwin Poker download, but it was the M term that stood out the most for me!
Our next definition is for the “nuts”. If you play a sit-n-go on Tiger Gaming and hit the nuts, it means that you have the strongest hand possible. You should always remember that if someone makes a better hand than yours on a subsequent street, then you no longer have the nuts. For example, QQ is the nuts on a Q45 flop, but if the turn is a 6, it is no longer the nuts.
If you watched a poker video or two when you first learned the game, you probably learned that you want to avoid being “outkicked” at show down. It is common for more than one player to have the same pair, and in this scenario, the highest kicker wins the hand. If you have KQ and the board reads Q72A8, you have a pair of queens with a king kicker.
The term I will define next is “polarized range”. If you have a polarized range at any point while playing on the Everest Poker download, it is basically saying that your hand is either extremely strong or incredibly weak.
Last week I used a slot machine download and tried my hand at slots, but I did not find them nearly as fun as poker. Poker is a great game because while there is a lot of luck involved, there is also quite a bit of skill. Try a download and then come back to my site in a month for another entry full of key poker terms.
